CURRENT FUNDING PARTNERS
The Jackson Collaborative Network is collectively funded through grants and the direct financial support of network partners. This support has increased steadily over the past decade as the needs of the network have changed and new partnerships have been put in place. The partners listed below are currently providing funding to support network operations.

Network Fiduciary Services:
Together, Henry Ford Jackson Hospital and the Jackson Community Foundation serve as co-fiduciaries for the network. Henry Ford Jackson Hospital provides employment services and funding to support network staffing, and in-kind support that provides office space and equipment for staff use. The Jackson Community Foundation provides funding and serves as the fiduciary for network meeting and event expenses that help facilitate partner and community member engagement.

NETWORK MEMBERS AND PARTNERS
The Jackson Collaborative Network is a multi-sector partnership that has developed steadily over the last 15 years. Membership is comprised of more than 500 community partners from a variety of sectors that are working together to improve the overall well-being of Jackson County residents.
